Vintage Fenton 13 Scalloped Edge Cake Stand in Rare Spanish Lace Milk Glass

  

This is a gorgeous, vintage 1950's Fenton, large, Spanish Lace, scalloped edged, cake stand in elegant white milk glass. This is a larger cake stand and it's pristine white milk glass and raised Spanish Lace design, would make a stunning display for a wedding cake or shower cake or in a bakery display window.

It measures a large 13 1/4" in diameter and almost 5" tall. This particular style in this pattern, cake stand, was produced by the Fenton Art Glass Co.

For only a limited time from 1958 and then discontinued in 1964. It is in wonderful condition for being over approx 55 years old! There are no chips, cracks, repairs or damage. The only'mars' are a couple very tiny dark specks that are embedded into the milk glass, and some more black specks INSIDE the underside of the pedestal (Cannot be seen when displayed) which shows it was probably done in manufacturing. Also on the BOTTOM-UNSEEN WHEN DISPLAYED-part of the pedestal there is areas of where it most likely'sat' on a shelf for many years. It does NOT affect the appearance at all when the stand is being used as it can not be seen unless you turn it over and look. All these are seen in the last 2 pics and you can see they don't affect this piece, but you can judge for yourself.
