12.25 tall exquisite black over white cut to clear crystal vase. I can't locate a mark or attribution. Style is art nuveau and this piece is more intricate that other cut to clear crystal pieces. The crystal has a layer of opalescent glass or milk glass and the another layer of black/onyx glass. The design is cut to clear and the crystal has an opalescent quality to it.
