Antique Cranberry cut to clear overlay font on white milk glass fancy base

  

Beautiful cranberry cut to clear overlay font has flowers and leaves cut into the outer layer of glass. The fancy milk glass stem has a small chip on one of the flute edges, no other damage that I can see or feel.

There is a faint hint that there may have been a band of gold paint accenting the base at sometime in the past. The # 2 collar has good threads.
