Pyrex Turquoise Milk Glass Lace Medallion Pattern 945. 2.5 qt Decorator Casserole Dish with Lid & Candle Warmer in Original Box. According the the Corning Museum of Glass Pyrex Potluck website this item is, Known as a Decorator Casserole, this 2 ½ quart Oval Casserole (045) is turquoise milk glass and has a design of white swirls and flowers reminiscent of delicate lace. Advertisements of the Decorator Casserole describe the design as turquoise with delicate white lace pattern. Hence the unofficial name White Lace or Lace Medallion became the prominent reference name for this pattern.

This casserole dish has a flaw in the pattern (white pattern lines are missing) that appears in the same place on both sides of the dish. Two tiny chips in the turquoise color bottom of dish where it sits in the warmer. Noticeable if looking for them and held in the light. Some corrosion/rust speckled all over the candle warmer.
