It was first listed in a Fenton supplement catalog as a "Fenton Ogee Candy Box on Base with ware # 9394 RE". This beautiful piece is in mint condition with no chips, cracks, or scratches and is fresh to market from the estate of a life long collector.
Measures approximately 8 inches tall from tabletop to rosed tip handle on base to 7.5 inches in diameter. The 3-piececset weighs 2.92 lbs. Unlike similar pieces in high gloss finishes, this satin finish, reminiscent of Fentons custard glass is quiet unique. This original set is a testament to the quality and design prowess of Fenton, renowned for its beautiful glassware. The set included an ornamental base, large bowl, and rosebud handled lid.
Each piece in the set has an embossed Fenton logo in an oval on the bottom. The detail on these pieces is extraordinary.
