Antique 10.25 Milk Glass Hand Painted Vase w/ Victorian Lady Hand Painted. Outside have old yellow haze and needs to be cleaned.

There are black stains Inside of this case. I noticed a hairline scratches or tiny cracks from the back side.

I didn't attempt to clean it in any way. It might need cleaning and polishing. Like I said: better in person. Please refer to pictures for measurements and details.
