Antique Art Deco 5 Arm, Octagonal Center, Ceiling Chandelier. Brass, Milk Glass

  

18 white octagonal milk glass or porcelain base with 5 arms of brass (converted to electric- they were camdle holders). (But dusty and cord is for another appliance/dvd).

Still not sure if the white is porcelain, milk glass or??? (south city zip is 63116).
