ART DECO Skyscraper StairStep Swag Pendant Loft Light Fixture Milk Glass Vintage. Offered for your consideration is this Splendid Vintage ART DECO Period Skyscraper/ Stair Step Pendant Antique Milk Glass Light Fixture. The globe/shade by itself measures approx. 16-1/2 high (with the orig canopy mount it's 21) & the diameter at its widest point is approx. The diameter of the opening/fitter is 6. This shade feels so smooth to the touchthe true feeling for the old authentic milk glass.
The original chain is a generous 12' long & it could be shortened if desired, or this it could be made into a swag fixture since the chain is so long. Shade has 6 columns of embossed flowers on two of the step panels & has the popular Art Deco Pleated Lined effect on the alternating panels & also on the very bottom closure of the globe. It has its original factory stenciled enamel paint still on this globe (some of it is flaking off), & it could be removed with a razor blade if you do not like the designbut it is so wonderful to find these globes all intact & original.
