Offering another nice lamp from my personal collection. This is a milk glass lamp with fired on enamel paint. It is a Victorian antique miniature lamp dating to the late 1800's It is pictured in the Smith book on page 144 figure 315. The same lamp was offered in several hand painted options.
I know of at least 10 different color combinations and two are pictured in the first photo on either side of the blue lamp in this listing. See and enlarge the photos for more information.
The glass parts have no chips cracks or repairs. The burner is marked Acorn the P & A Mfg Co.
For the Plume and Atwood Company. The burner, shade ring and collar are are all solid brass and have an aged patina. The wick is old but in good condition and still raises and lowers easily.
There are no other manufacture marks on the lamp. The lamp assembled is 8 1/4 tall to the top of the shade.
The shade is approximately 4 " wide 4" high and has a 2 straight fitter. The base is approximately 4 1/4 at the widest point of the font. The font is 3 1/2 tall to the top of the collar. The foot is 2 3/4 wide.
The chimney is 5 1/2" tall with a 1 1/8" fitter. Any questions feel free to message.
