Nettie Rosenstein Milkglass Egyptian Revival Scarab Necklace

  

This rare Nettie Rosenstein Milkglass Egyptian Revival Scarab Necklace is a vintage piece from the 1960s. It is a collar necklace featuring prong set white glass scarabs encircled by brilliant cut rhinestones. This signed necklace has a hook closure and measures 16 inches in length.

This necklace is in good pre-owned condition. As shown in the photos, the back of the necklace shows wear from use. High points of the prongs and on the gold scarab also show slight wear. The links between the gold and white glass pieces have darkened. The chain also shows some darkening.
