THANKS FOR VIEWING THIS ITEM! Please keep in mind that I have very little knowledge regarding milk glass. Through reference books and the internet, I've done, to the best of my limited ability, the identification & description of the item and to note any issues either through extremely close photos and/or in the descriptive portion of this listing. Despite any imperfections, this item looks great and is a wonderful piece as can be seen by the overall pictures.
My limited camera skills do not do the item justice in relation to clarity & color. This is a two piece item - rush embossed base - top portion raised about 1/2 above the base, unmarked but ascribed to McKee. Regarding the top piece: Photo #5 shows the top underside - on the upper side edge of the pic, almost in the middle, there is, what seems to be, an air bubble within the milk glass itself that is blue & is approx. 1/8" x 3/16" -- Photo #11 shows to the left side a miniscule light dot, next to that is a very light tiny line that I cannot feel with my finger (about 3/16"), and last is what I believe to be another very small air bubble within the milk glass which is maybe 1/16" ---- to the right side in this photo there are two flea bites - one maybe 1/16 which is visible in the photo and the other is just to the right of that but is so tiny that it is immeasurable - on the opposite side of the piece, along the same rim, there was one more miniscule flea bite - I actually could not even see these - had just run my finger along the edge and felt the roughness. Regarding the bottom piece: Photo #6 is the inner part of the bottom piece - there is a line along the bottom approx.
1 3/4, about the middle of the line (but above the line) is a pinpoint, up higher on the little rim that the top of the item rests upon is a line approx. 1/8" and just above that, slightly to the right, is another line (may be hard to see) about 1/4" - there are a few tiny fleabites along that little rim that the top rests upon (one is wider than the rest at maybe 1/16") - Photo #7 is a pretty accurate visual of the outer bottom except there are multiple somewhat large "lit up areas which are just glare from the lighting.
