The lions are interchangeable as are the bases of the Atterbury hen and rooster of the same size so any combination may be found. The original lion was dated Aug 6, 1889 inside the lid. Both Westmoreland and Imperial reproduced the lion. The Imperial reproduction have the "IG" inside the head. The original had sockets for glass eyes so all with molded eyes are believed to be reproductions.
