No lid, excellent vintage used condition, no chips, scratches or scuffs. Some grey discoloration/smudges withIN the handles, which I believe is original to the piece when manufactured. I've seen the same thing on most photos I've viewed of different pieces of the same casserole- the greyness is INSIDE the glass of the handles, not a scuff or surface stain.
