PLEASE READ ITEM DESCRIPTION, BELOW. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS, I TRY TO ANSWER IMMEDIATELY! These bowls are quite hard to find altogether. The colors are just gorgeous! They are in excellent, gently used vintage condition with no dishwasher damage and very few speck size scratch marks to the paint visible in the pics taken without a flash against the light. In 1967, Multitone Blue was known as New Versatile blues to enhance the traditional charm of Turquoise. By the time the three-piece Multitone Blue Mixing Bowl Set was available to the consumer market, the Turquoise Collection already consisted of the Butterprint pattern and the turquoise Snowflake pattern. Multitone Blue, also known as Americana Blue, was available in the 300-series Mixing Bowl Set; the 1 ½ pint bowl (401), the 1 ½ quart bowl (402) and the 2 ½ quart bowl (403). Starting with the small 401 bowl the colors ranged from light blue to dark blue. The unique look of the Multitone Blue bowls is due to the white rim on each bowl and increasingly darker blue tones.

If sitting on a countertop or as in the photos, most finish marks are not noticeable. I take pictures without the flash, against the light in order to show any scratch marks in the paint or imperfections. Please hand wash all vintage Pyrex pieces to preserve their shine and lustre. Use a mild soap with warm water and hand wash. I EXPLAIN AS MUCH AS I CAN AND TAKE MANY PICTURES AT DIFFERENT ANGLES TO SHOW GREATER DETAILS.
