The Pyrex Amish Butterprint mixing bowl set is a popular vintage kitchenware set made of opaque glass and decorated with a distinctive mid-century farm scene pattern. Produced by Corning Glass Works beginning in 1957, the pattern remained in production until about 1968. The Butterprint pattern-often nicknamed "Amish Butterprint" -features a stylized rural scene printed around the bowl.
A farmer and his wife holding a basket of crops. Corn stalks and wheat sheaves. Roosters and farm tools such as a rake or shovel. The imagery is arranged in repeating bands around the bowl and reflects the 1950s fascination with rustic country life.
