Up for sale is a Very Rare Vintage Pyrex Casserole #024 Opal White w 684 lid and Gold Band Stripes from the 1950s. The casserole measures 8 3/4 inches wide and by 4 3/4 to the top of the lid. As you can see from the photos there is wear to the gold bands on the piece.

There is some light scratches to the glass from years of use. There is some dirt in the molded rim around the outer edge of the casserole. I do not see any cracks or chips to this piece.

You do not see this piece very often. This was a go along piece with the set of opal mixing bowls that were also produced during that time. This item is in the category "Pottery & Glass\Cookware, Dinnerware & Serveware\Dishes".
