Vintage Pyrex PROMO 1957 Turquoise White Lace Medallion 2 1/2 Quart W/ Lid & Box. This is a Beautiful Turquoise White Lace Medallion 2.5 Quart oval casserole dish. Comes with clear lid, candle warmer stand, with original candles and the original PYREX box!
This is also the FIRST pyrex promo piece that had a pattern on it. Both of those factors put this into the RARE Pyrex category. The bowl is in VERY GOOD CONDITION, except for a couple of scuff marks, which I believe is from the candle warmer. They are barely noticeable unless you look closely at the bowl. I see NO scratches from utensils inside of it.
I truly believe this bowl was probably a gift for a wedding or bridal shower and was never used. It probably sat in someone's attic or basement for years. The Lid has a couple of chips on the corners, which I have photographed.
The candle warmer is complete and comes with the original candles, which have never been lit, but have melted a bit during storage. The box comes with it, has had tape on it in the past but it is not a box I trust completely as far as the bottom doesn't really feel that sturdy.
